AI Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all AI-generated content (AIGC) created with AI Weight Loss Simulator, available at weightlosssimulatorai.com. It applies to everything you submit and everything the Service produces for you — uploaded photos, text prompts, weight-change parameters, and generated images and videos alike. This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service, and the two documents should be read together; where this AUP adds detail, that detail is binding. Violating this AUP may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination as described in Section 4 below.

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

You may not use the Service to upload, generate, request, store, or share content in any of the following categories, and you may not attempt to bypass our safety filters in order to produce it. Full definitions are set out in Section 5 of our Terms of Service:

  • Sexual or NSFW content— nudity, sexual acts or suggestive posing, "undress" or clothing-removal requests, pornography, and non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
  • Violence and gore— realistic killing, torture, mutilation, self-harm or suicide, graphic wounds and corpses, threats of violence, and terrorist or extremist material.
  • Hate speech— attacks, dehumanization, or incitement against people based on protected characteristics, hateful slurs and hate-group symbols, plus targeted harassment, bullying, and body-shaming of a specific person.
  • Child-unsafe content (CSAM)— any sexualized depiction of a minor, real or AI-generated, and any body-alteration or weight-change simulation made from a photo of a minor. Zero tolerance.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation— synthetic media of a real, identifiable person without their consent; impersonation of public figures, officials, or brands; and outputs passed off as authentic photographs to deceive, defame, defraud, or extort.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement— copyrighted photos, artwork, or characters you have no right to use; logos, trade dress, and counterfeit product imagery; and outputs designed to imitate a protected work or brand.

These standards apply regardless of stated intent, including content framed as satire, art, research, testing, or private use. Outputs are AI simulations for visualization and must never be presented as authentic photographs of a real body or a real event.

3. User Reporting Channel

Anyone can report content or behavior that violates the content standards in Section 2 — you do not need an account, and you do not need to be the person who generated the content. Reports are how we learn about violations that our automated filters miss, and they are the fastest route to removing something that should not be here.

3.1 How to report

Email is our reporting channel, and it is the only channel we operate — we do not accept reports through social media accounts or third parties. Send your report to:

support@weightlosssimulatorai.com

This mailbox is monitored on business days and is checked daily for critical reports. Please use the subject line that matches your report so it is routed to the right queue:

  • "URGENT — Child Safety" or "URGENT — Terrorism"— critical violations involving child sexual abuse material, the sexualization or endangerment of a minor, or terrorist and violent-extremist content. These are handled ahead of every other queue.
  • "URGENT — NCII"— non-consensual intimate imagery, including sexualized or "undressed" imagery of a real person made without their consent.
  • "Removal Request — Depicted Person"— you are the person shown in a generated image and did not consent to it.
  • "IP Complaint"— copyright, trademark, or publicity-rights claims. DMCA-style notices are accepted at the same address.
  • "Content Report"— every other violation of Section 2.

3.2 What to include

  • The link, generation ID, or a screenshot of the content in question.
  • Which prohibited category from Section 2 you believe it falls under.
  • A short description of the problem, and the date and time you saw it.
  • If you are the depicted person or the rights holder, a statement to that effect and a way to contact you.
  • For IP complaints, identification of the protected work and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.

Incomplete reports are still reviewed, but a link, generation ID, or screenshot lets us locate the content and act far faster.

3.3 Reporter protections

  • Your identity is strictly protected. We do not disclose a reporter's identity to the reported user, and we do not share it with anyone else unless disclosure is legally required. Reports may also be submitted anonymously, though that limits our ability to follow up with you or notify you of the outcome.
  • Every report receives an independent, objective reviewagainst the published standards in Section 2 — not against who filed it or who is being reported.
  • No retaliation. We take no action against anyone for reporting in good faith, even if the review finds no violation.
  • False and malicious reports are recorded and actioned. Knowingly false reports, or use of this channel to harass another user, are logged against the submitting account and may themselves lead to warnings, suspension, or termination.

If you believe someone is in immediate physical danger, contact your local emergency services first — we are not an emergency service.

4. Platform Content Moderation Mechanism

We moderate in layers: automated screening before anything is generated, provider-side filtering on what comes back, a human review queue for anything flagged or reported, and periodic audits. Here is what actually happens.

4.1 Moderation layers

  • Real-time automated filtering on inputs. Every prompt, uploaded photo, and weight-change request is screened in your browser and again on our servers against a multilingual filter that covers obfuscated and non-English attempts, then checked by a third-party prompt-safety service. Generation proceeds only on an explicit "allow" verdict; anything blocked, flagged for review, or unverifiable is refused. The system fails closed— if a check cannot complete, no generation is attempted.
  • Real-time automated filtering on outputs. Generated images and videos pass through the independent safety systems of our upstream AI providers, which refuse or withhold outputs that breach their policies even after our input checks pass. Outputs that are flagged, reported, or found violating are removed from delivery and access.
  • Human review queue. Auto-flagged content and every user report enter a review queue worked by a trained reviewer, who makes the final call against the standards in Section 2.
  • Periodic audits. We review a random sample of generations on a recurring basis, independently of any report, to check that the automated filters are catching what they should and to spot new evasion patterns.

4.2 Severity classification and response times

Every report and flag is classified into one of four severity levels, which determines how it is handled and how quickly:

LevelExamplesHandlingActionInitial responseResolution
L1 — CriticalChild safety (CSAM), terrorist and violent-extremist contentAutomatic block plus human confirmationImmediate permanent ban; referral to law enforcement and child-safety authorities2 hours24 hours
L2 — HighNCII, sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, deepfakes and impersonation, fraudAutomatic flag plus priority human reviewContent removal and account suspension24 hours3 business days
L3 — MediumCopyright and trademark infringement, uploading another person's photo without consent, harassment and body-shamingHuman reviewContent removal and a warning3 business days7 business days
L4 — LowMinor or borderline breaches, filter-evasion attempts that produced nothing violatingReport-triggered reviewWarning; content edit or removal required5 business days15 business days

"Initial response" is the time within which we acknowledge the report and complete triage; "resolution" is the time within which we reach and apply a decision. Where a case is genuinely complex — a contested rights claim, for example — and cannot be resolved within these windows, we proactively notify the reporter before the deadline passes, explain why, and give a revised timeline.

4.3 Review workflow

  1. Intake. The report is logged with a case reference, timestamp, and the evidence supplied, and an acknowledgement is sent to the reporter within the initial-response window for its level.
  2. Triage. We assign a severity level (L1–L4) by category and credibility. L1 and L2 content is restricted immediately while review is pending, before any decision is reached.
  3. Investigation.A trained reviewer assesses the content against the standards in Section 2, together with the originating prompt, the input photo, the generation record, and — where relevant to the decision — the responsible account's related activity and prior history.
  4. Decision. The reviewer records a finding of violation or no violation, the category and severity involved, and the enforcement action taken.
  5. Notification. Outcomes are communicated as described in Section 4.4.
  6. Records. Case records are retained so repeat violations can be identified across reports, so audits can measure whether these timelines are being met, and so evidence is preserved where the law requires it.

4.4 How you are notified of the outcome

  • Reportersreceive an acknowledgement by email when the report is logged, a proactive update by email if handling will exceed the timeline for its severity level, and a closing email stating whether a violation was found and what category of action was taken. We do not disclose another user's account details or personal data in that notice. Anonymous reporters cannot be notified.
  • Reported account holdersare notified by email at the address on their account, stating the action taken, the standard involved, its duration where the action is temporary, and how to appeal — unless notice is prohibited by law or would interfere with an investigation or create a safety risk.

4.5 Enforcement actions

We choose an action proportionate to the severity, recency, and history of the violation:

  • Content removal — the offending generation is deleted or blocked from access.
  • Warning — a first, low-severity violation, with the standard involved explained.
  • Feature restriction — loss of access to specific capabilities.
  • Temporary suspension — for repeated or moderate violations.
  • Permanent termination— for severe or persistent violations. CSAM, terrorist content, NCII, credible threats of violence, and fraud result in immediate permanent termination on the first offense. Remaining credits are forfeited without refund when an account is terminated for a violation.

Confirmed CSAM is reported to law enforcement and the relevant child-safety authorities, with the associated evidence and account records preserved as required by law. We may also preserve or disclose records in response to a valid legal request or to protect the safety of others.

4.6 Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may appeal once within 30 days by emailing support@weightlosssimulatorai.com with the subject line "Moderation Appeal", your account email, and any context that supports your case. Appeals are acknowledged within 3 business days and decided within 7 business days, and are reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision. We email you the outcome either way. Decisions involving CSAM are final and are not subject to appeal.

4.7 Limits of automated moderation

Automated systems are not perfect. They sometimes refuse a legitimate request and sometimes miss a violation. That is why the reporting channel in Section 3 is an essential part of this process rather than a formality — if you see something that should not be here, please tell us.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP as the Service, the law, or the abuse patterns we see evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
