Do credits expire?
Never. Credits are yours to keep and use at any time, whether that's today or six months from now.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack (from $1.9) is charged once and never renews. Bigger packs cost less per simulation, so if you'll check in on your progress regularly, the larger pack is the better deal.
How many credits does each tool use?
An HD weight simulation uses 10 credits, and an HD Looksmaxxing or body-fat report uses 50 — so 100 credits = 10 simulations or 2 reports, mixed however you like. Reports need the 100-credit pack (or credits from smaller packs added together). Failed generations are refunded automatically.
Can I try it with a small purchase?
Yes — the Starter pack ($1.9 for 10 credits) covers one HD simulation, so you can see your result before buying a bigger pack.
Is there a refund policy?
No. Because every simulation costs us real GPU time, all credit purchases are final — we don't offer refunds on used or unused credits. That's why the smallest pack is just $1.9: see one result before you spend more. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
Is my photo data secure?
Yes. Photos are processed securely and deleted after generation. We never use your images to train AI models.
