Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AI Weight Loss Simulator ("we", "our", or "the Service"), available at weightlosssimulatorai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. AI Weight Loss Simulator is an independent platform that uses third-party AI image generation providers to deliver its simulation results. Image simulations are powered by GPT-Image-2, an image generation model developed by OpenAI.
2. Description of Service
AI Weight Loss Simulator provides a web-based tool that lets you upload a personal photo, choose a target weight change (in lbs or kg), and receive an AI-generated, photorealistic before-and-after simulation. The Service requires the consumption of "credits", which are purchased as one-time packs. New users receive one free simulation to try the Service before purchasing.
3. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
4. User Conduct and Ownership of Uploads
You agree that you will only upload photos that you own or have explicit permission to use, and that you will use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload a photo of another identifiable person without their explicit, informed consent, and you must not upload a photo of a minor for the purpose of altering their body. You are solely responsible for the inputs you submit and for how you use the outputs you receive.
5. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on the Service. You may not upload, generate, request, store, or share — and you may not attempt to bypass our safety filters in order to produce — any content that falls into these categories, whether as an input photo, a text prompt, or a generated simulation:
- Sexual or NSFW content.Nudity, partial nudity, exposed or transparently covered genitals, buttocks, or female breasts; sexual acts, sexual arousal, or sexually suggestive posing; fetish or pornographic material; requests to "undress", "remove clothing from", or otherwise sexualize a person in a photo; and non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) of any kind.
- Violence and gore. Realistic depictions of killing, torture, mutilation, self-harm, suicide, or serious injury; dismemberment, open wounds, or excessive blood; corpses or accident and crime-scene imagery; threats of violence against a real person or group; and content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for terrorism, extremist violence, or violent crime.
- Hate speech. Content that attacks, dehumanizes, demeans, or incites hatred, harassment, or discrimination against an individual or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease; hateful slurs; and hate-group symbols, propaganda, or endorsements. Body-shaming, bullying, or targeted harassment of a specific person is likewise prohibited.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM). Any sexualized depiction of a minor, in any form, real or AI-generated, is absolutely prohibited and has zero tolerance. You may not upload photos of minors for body-alteration, weight-change, or body-focused simulations, and you may not use the Service to produce, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material or content that sexualizes, grooms, endangers, or exploits anyone under 18. We report confirmed CSAM to law enforcement and the relevant child-safety authorities, preserve the associated evidence and account records as required by law, and permanently ban the account without notice or refund.
- Deepfakes and impersonation. Realistic synthetic media of a real, identifiable person created without their consent; content that impersonates a public figure, official, brand, or organization; fabricated imagery presented as a genuine photograph in order to deceive, defraud, defame, extort, or manipulate elections or public opinion; and identity documents, verification selfies, or any content produced for account takeover or fraud. Outputs are AI simulations and must never be presented as authentic photographs of a real event or a real body.
- Copyright and trademark infringement.Uploading or generating content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, trade dress, publicity, or privacy rights — including copyrighted photographs, artwork, or characters you do not have the right to use; logos, brand marks, or counterfeit product imagery; and outputs designed to imitate a protected work or brand in a way that is likely to confuse or mislead.
These standards apply to prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs alike, and they apply regardless of intent, including content described as satire, art, testing, or private use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards without prior notice and without refund, and to remove or block any offending content.
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content generated or shared through the Service that you believe violates Section 5 — including a simulation made from your own photo or a photo of you without your consent — please report it to us at support@weightlosssimulatorai.com using the subject line "Content Report". Our AI Acceptable Use Policy sets out the full reporting workflow, including the dedicated subject lines for urgent child-safety, NCII, and intellectual-property reports. To help us act quickly, please include:
- The link, generation ID, or a screenshot of the content in question.
- Which prohibited category from Section 5 you believe it falls under.
- A short description of the problem, and the date and time you saw it.
- If you are the person depicted, or the rights holder, a statement to that effect and a way to contact you.
- For copyright or trademark claims, identification of the protected work and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized (DMCA-style notices are accepted at the same address).
Reports may be submitted by anyone, whether or not you hold an account, and may be submitted anonymously — though anonymous reports limit our ability to follow up with you. We will not retaliate against good-faith reporters, and we do not tolerate the misuse of this channel for harassment or repeated bad-faith reports. Reports involving child safety (CSAM) or non-consensual intimate imagery are escalated immediately and handled ahead of all other queues; if you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
7. Content Moderation and Enforcement
We operate a layered moderation process that combines automated screening with human review. The step-by-step review workflow, enforcement ladder, and appeal process are described in full in our AI Acceptable Use Policy.
- Automated pre-generation screening.Every request is checked before it reaches our AI providers, both in your browser and again on our servers, against a multilingual filter and a third-party prompt-safety service. Requests that are blocked, flagged for review, or that cannot be verified are refused — the system fails closed, so no generation is attempted when a check does not clearly pass.
- Provider-level safeguards. Our upstream AI providers apply their own independent safety systems, which may additionally refuse or filter a request.
- Human review on report. Reports are classified into four severity levels, each with its own acknowledgement and resolution deadline — from 2 hours and 24 hours for critical child-safety and terrorism reports, up to 5 and 15 business days for minor ones. The full table is in Section 4.2 of the AI Acceptable Use Policy. A trained reviewer assesses the reported content against Section 5, and may review the reporting account's and the responsible account's related activity where relevant to the decision.
- Enforcement.Depending on severity, recency, and history, we may remove or block the content, restrict a feature, issue a warning, suspend the account temporarily, or permanently terminate it. Severe violations — CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats of violence, or fraud — result in immediate permanent termination on the first offense. Remaining credits are forfeited without refund upon termination for a violation, and we may preserve or disclose records where required by law or to protect the safety of others.
- Appeals. If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may appeal once within 30 days by emailing support@weightlosssimulatorai.com with the subject line "Moderation Appeal" and any context that supports your case. Appeals are reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision, and we will tell you the outcome. Decisions involving CSAM are final and are not subject to appeal.
- Notice and transparency. Where we remove content or restrict an account, we will notify the account holder of the action taken and the category of standard involved, unless notice is prohibited by law or would interfere with an investigation or create a safety risk.
Automated systems are not perfect. They may occasionally refuse a legitimate request or fail to catch a violation, which is why the reporting channel in Section 6 is an essential part of this process.
8. Health and Medical Disclaimer
AI Weight Loss Simulator is intended for visualization, motivation, and entertainment purposes only. The generated images are AI estimations and do not constitute medical, fitness, or nutritional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a prediction of any actual future physical outcome. Results may vary based on the quality of your uploaded photo and the value you provide. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any weight loss, diet, or exercise program. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any decisions you make based on the generated simulations.
9. Intellectual Property and Image Rights
You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted full personal and commercial rights to the simulation images generated from your own photos using our paid plans. Because AI-generated images are produced via algorithms, you acknowledge that copyright laws regarding AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction, and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to claim exclusive copyright ownership over the generated content. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads strictly for the purpose of providing the Service.
10. Payments and Refunds
All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider. The Service is sold exclusively as one-time credit packs. There is no subscription, no recurring or auto-renewing charge, and nothing to cancel — you are charged only when you choose to buy a pack, and purchased credits do not expire. Due to the computational costs associated with AI image generation, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is complete, it is final: we do not provide refunds for used credits, for unused credits remaining in your account, or for accidental purchases. This does not affect any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AI generation is inherently unpredictable. We do not warrant that the generated simulations will meet your exact expectations, accurately represent any real future body, or be free of visual artifacts. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AI Weight Loss Simulator, its operators, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to damages for emotional distress, body image issues, financial loss, or health outcomes — arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or the simulations it produces.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any remaining credits will be forfeited without refund.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
